Proof: a real TradingView parity verification

This page is generated from the same database records the app certifies — not a screenshot, not a claim. It shows verification statistics only. There are no win rates, no pips, and no dollar figures here, on purpose (see "What this page deliberately does not show").

What a parity badge proves

A ForexEdge strategy is backtested by our engine, exported as a Pine Script, and run again in TradingView's own strategy tester on the same data. The tester's "List of trades" export is then compared trade-for-trade against the backtest. The badge means the two independent implementations produced the same trades: the strategy you tested is the strategy that would run. It does not mean the strategy is profitable — a badge certifies agreement between engines, nothing about future results.

The bar (server-enforced, cannot be self-stamped)

CriterionRequirementWhy
Fill agreement≥ 95% of matched trades within 2 pipsEntry and exit prices agree to within data-feed noise.
Direction mismatches0Never once did one engine go long where the other went short.
Sample size≥ 100 matched tradesA thin sample cannot turn the badge green.

Costs (spread, commission, slippage) are outside the badge on purpose: they are fills, not logic. Any change to the strategy's logic clears the badge immediately — a strategy shown below holds its badge right now, on its current configuration. If one loses it, it disappears from this page.

Currently certified

No showcase verification is published at the moment. The verification loop still runs for every account — this page simply has nothing certified to display right now.

Reproduce it yourself

  1. Build a strategy from a verified template in the Strategy Builder and backtest it.
  2. Export the Pine Script and run it in TradingView's strategy tester on the same chart data.
  3. Export TradingView's "List of trades" and upload it on the Backtesting page's TV Parity tab.
  4. Read the badge bar. A below-bar run shows, criterion by criterion, why it missed and what typically fixes it — the same page tells you when it passes.

Every new account gets 14 days of the full Enterprise tier, which includes this verification loop.

What this page deliberately does not show

Win rates, net pips, and dollar results. Verification statistics prove two engines agree; performance figures are a different claim with different obligations, and we do not publish them here. Our own live strategies' records — losses included, real broker costs included — will be published once counsel clears dollar-figure publication.

Test it instead of trusting it.

Build a forex strategy, prove it matches live execution, then run it — verified at every step.

Hypothetical performance disclosure: any backtest behind a verification on this page is simulated or hypothetical performance, which has inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading; because the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for market factors such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs are also designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Trading foreign exchange carries a high risk of loss.
